When businesses call us about fencing
A commercial fence project usually starts with a new requirement or a change at the property.
- A new or expanding site needs a defined, secure perimeter.
- Trespassing, theft or vandalism keeps coming up at your lot or yard.
- A landlord, insurer or city office has asked you to secure the property or screen a dumpster.
- A construction project is about to break ground and the site needs fencing.
- Vehicle and visitor traffic at an entrance needs better control.
- Exposed A/C units or equipment need protection from theft.
We solve these problems for businesses across the region. During a free consultation, we’ll show you what fits your site and budget.
How Eads Fence secures commercial properties
We look at what you need to protect while also considering how people and vehicles need to get in and out. Then, we plan a perimeter fence at the height and material your site calls for. We place gates where vehicles and visitors need to get through and lock down the rest. We also build enclosures for dumpsters, A/C units and equipment that need extra protection.

Commercial chain link
Chain link is the practical commercial security fence for long runs around parking lots and industrial yards. You choose the height and coating that fit the site, with privacy slats where screening matters. Standard heights run from 3 to 12 feet, with galvanized, aluminized or vinyl-coated finishes.

Commercial aluminum
Aluminum fencing gives a property a clean boundary that still reads as secure. Because it won't rust, upkeep stays low. It suits building fronts, campuses and apartment communities where appearance matters as much as access.

Security gates and gate operators
Eads Fence installs single and double swing gates, slide gates, vertical lift gates and bifold gates, with manual hardware or automated gate operators. Access-control add-ons such as keypads, card readers or remote entry let employees and deliveries in while the rest of the lot stays closed.

Dumpster, equipment and A/C enclosures
A custom dumpster enclosure hides the container and keeps its contents secure. Options include chain link with privacy slats or wood, custom gates, and bollards or bumper posts that protect the enclosure from damage. Equipment enclosures and A/C security cages guard machinery and condenser units on the ground or the roof.

Temporary fencing
Free-standing temporary panels come in 6- and 8-foot heights, with or without windscreens, plus swing and slide gates. An Eads Fence crew can deliver and set up the panels, then tear them down and pick them up when the job wraps. Panels also handle crowd control at festivals, concerts, and community events.

Custom metal fabrication
When you need a gate, cage or partition in a size you can't buy off the shelf, we build it in our Loveland shop.

Who we work with
Property and facility managers
You need a perimeter that meets lease or insurance requirements and looks right for your tenants. We plan the layout around tenant traffic and deliveries.
Business owners
A storefront and an equipment yard call for different fences. We'll match the material and gate setup to how your business runs day to day.
Schools, parks, HOAs and municipalities
Shared and public spaces need fencing that holds up to heavy use and meets safety requirements. Eads Fence installs sports complex, playground, amenity and pool fencing alongside perimeter and security work. If your project runs through a bid or board approval, we can work from your plans and specifications.
General contractors and developers
Temporary fencing goes up on your schedule and comes down when the site is ready. When the project closes out, our crews can install the permanent fence. Contractors can also buy commercial fence materials for materials-only projects.
What commercial fencing costs
It depends on linear footage, fence height and material, the number and type of gates, and the site itself. The only way to give you a real number is to look at your property.
Grade, pavement, existing structures and access-control equipment all move the price. Two sites of the same size can land far apart.
Two things make this easier to plan for:
- A free consultation. We review your site and quote the scope you need.
- A single quote. Fence, gates, enclosures and fabrication get priced and scheduled together, so you aren’t juggling separate trades.
