Structron fiberglass handles are made from
millions of fiberglass strands and mats bonded together
with a polyester resin and protected by a surface veil.
ADVANTEX™, Owens-Corning's
glass fiber reinforcement, is used exclusively in all
Structron handles. This state-of-the-art technology
produces a handle
that is up to 100% stronger than other fiberglass
handles and one that
will not crack, splinter, or weather. |

All
fiberglass handle tools have core inserts to provide extra
strength at the point of greatest stress. Each insert is
designed to provide the strength needed for each intended
application.
Duralite™ homeowner tools use solid
hardwood inserts.
The Professional series tools have heavy-duty fiberglass cores
with tough polypropylene plugs for all types of rugged
professional jobs. The Structron Power Tool® line uses PowerCore™
solid fiberglass rod inserts to provide
the strongest tools available for the most demanding industrial
